Selling Concrete To Contractors. John used to cast his own fencing posts and panels and only needed a small quantity of concrete, so he would pick up the concrete from a local ready-mix yard and take it back to the factory.

This worked for a while when the business was small but became time-consuming and expensive as the business grew.

John invested in a small Fibo batching plant 6m³/hr. This worked until the ready-mix batching plant closed down. John had contractors asking if he would sell them ready-mix. Demand grew so John upgraded to a larger 16m³/hr Fibo machine and business is good.

The F1200 John purchased is an agitator pan mixer.

Integrated twin hopper for 2 types of aggregate. 2 separate feed belts. Water supply. Load cells. Dosing equipment and control unit with batching computer.

The batching plant is dosed with cement from a big bag cement silo.
