We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Hunter (Regional Export Sales Manager)
to join our team in the mobile concrete batching plants industry. (Central Jutland)
This is an international position and will require frequent travel and it is a new segment in our line of products and services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share for our mobile batching plants.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Identify and target potential customers and sales partners / Resellers in the international market, including contractors, construction companies, and builders merchants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects.
Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Be a Sales Hunter for Innovative Mobile Concrete Solutions.
Establish new dealers for this segment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in solution selling preferable in the concrete industry or related industries (builders’ merchants etc.), with a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Strong understanding of the international market, including cultural differences and business practices.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and campaigns.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Hubspot).
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
