Do you want to help provide technical advice and ensure a good customer experience, both by phone and email? You may have a background as a technical customer service representative, repair technician, electrician, or IT technician with technical flair and a good understanding of controls. For our electrical department, we are looking for a support technician who will help ensure our continued growth.

The job:

You will play a central role in managing, recording, and solving support tasks. The tasks include setting up and operating controllers (PLCs), windows, routers, and firewalls. You will also be involved in updating our training materials for customers and eventually be able to participate in the handover and start-up of installations. Part of the support will also be the sale of spare parts. You will have the opportunity to draw on knowledge and experience across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Excellent IT skills
• Used to working with PLCs, routers, etc.
• Knowledge of setting up Windows PCs and firewalls
• Technical understanding of electrical engineering
• Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English and preferably German or French
• Excellent communication skills in relation to customer support
