An automated washing system cleans the pan mixer immediately after a batch is delivered or at a time of your choice.
Our recycling unit separates the washout from the water and reconditions the water for use in another concrete batch.
You can also customize the color for your plant or add a dust filter, wattmeter og water heater. The options are numerous.
The FS model is an ideal model where space is scarce and where the breadth of quality mixes required is limited – 1 hopper for sand and 1 hopper for gravel.
The F model features 4 hoppers and allows for a wide variety and high-quality concrete and mortar to be produced.
The FP model is a stand-alone batching plant that we combine with any number of hoppers and options. All batching plant features fibo has to offer are available.
Every batch of concrete, mortar or screed will leave remnants in any mixer. Time and temperatures will dry these in the mixer and potentially contaminate different design mixes or even impede the production ability of the mixer. fibo Collect has a high-pressure washing option, which can be automated to clean the inside of the mixer at any chosen time, making manual intervention unnecessary. Like any production machinery, a fibo Collect requires good end-of-day cleaning, for which it is equipped with an integrated high-pressure washer.
The washout water is cleared out through the secondary hatch and funneled into the water recycling tank. The automated system uses sustainably recycled water for the next batches. Water recycling may entitle fibo Collect owners to subventions in some countries.
The cement is stored in sealed silos, ensuring a consistent flow of material while protecting it from moisture and contamination—critical for maintaining mix quality.
