Why buffer hopper

Keep the flow going with the concrete buffer hopper

A buffer hopper is the optimal solution when you use a concrete pump together with your fibo plant for example if the plant are used for 3DCP printing. When in need of a continuous flow of concrete to your pump, there mostly is a discrepancy between the volume your batching plant produces and the tank size of the pump.

To enable uninterrupted pumping of concrete, fibo intercon has developed the Concrete Buffer Hopper, which consists of a buffer tank and a screw conveyor with level sensors to manage the flow of concrete to the pump.
