Most of the batching plants from fibo intercon have 2 or 4 hoppers (except for the FP model). These hoppers ensure a smooth, controlled flow of materials into the mixing process. Designed for reliability, flexibility, and seamless integration with our batching systems, these components play a vital role in maintaining productivity on-site. The batching plants can be equipped with one or two outlets for easy emptying of the pan mixer.

Our outlets are designed to fit different plant setups and workflows. Options include single or double outlets, and integration with conveyors or augers for efficient material transport. If you are looking for a solution where you can separate the wash water into a tank to reuse it in your next batch, a double outlet solution is ideal. But if you are at a building site producing many batches following each other with no washing between and you do not have that much wash water, it makes sense to reuse it. a single outlet would probably be the best solution. Your working process is the key to the optimal solution.
