The cement is stored in sealed silos, ensuring a consistent flow of material while protecting it from moisture and contamination—critical for maintaining mix quality.
Materials are dispensed through precision-engineered hoppers and outlets, reducing spillage and ensuring a controlled, automated flow into the batching system.
The fibo operating system is designed and built by fibo intercon, based on immense experience, knowhow and active dialogue and interaction with a host of customers and many other industry participants.
The fibo buffer hopper is a continuous flow tool, enabling concrete pumping without interruption while producing on-site with rigid quality control and increased profitability. The buffer hopper can be fully integrated into the production flow, using sensors to signal levels in pump and buffer hoppers, to regulate concrete production.
