Stabilizing mine galleries with concrete is a technically challenging task. The material needs to be dry enough to set instantly, yet workable enough to ensure even application in confined underground environments. In close collaboration with a mining partner, we have optimized our mobile batching plant specifically for this application—offering highly controlled, consistent mixes suited for immediate spray application.

Throughout the development phase, our Testcenter played a central role. It provided a controlled environment for testing shotcrete methods, adjusting water content and mix flow to meet strict on-site demands. The result is a solution that enables precise underground application of high-performance concrete, even in extreme conditions.
