Pan mixer. The heart of the plant. fibo intercon pan mixers are manufactured from Hardox wear-resistant steel (or steel with Hardox lining on larger models), fitted with adjustable mixing arms and side scrapers in steel and hard PUR. Aggregate hoppers. Standard twin-hopper configuration holds 2 × 2.4 m³ per hopper, expandable to 3.9 m³ with extended hopper sides. For applications requiring a wider aggregate range, the F-series plants offer four hoppers; the FP and Inliner configurations separate the mixer unit from the aggregate feed entirely, allowing custom silo layouts.
Cement silo. Vertical silos (32 m³), horizontal silos (23–38 m³), or big-bag silos (3 m³) are all available depending on site logistics and resupply frequency.
Belt conveyor. Standard widths of 0.8 m and 1.0 m, in lengths of 6–14 m. Hydraulic belt conveyors with automated height adjustment are available for sites where discharge height is variable.
Control system. Beckhoff PLC with touchscreen, internet connectivity, 100-recipe storage, and optional fibo Link cloud integration for remote access, production reporting, and predictive maintenance alerts.
Discharge. Manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic operation. Optional secondary outlet hatch for waste or washout routing.
Optional upgrades. Additive pumps (1–4), dust filter for the mixer, automated high-pressure cleaning system, washout recycling station, winter/insulation package, RFID or credit card payment terminal (for fibo Collect configurations), fibre dispenser, and more.
Fast installation. Most fibo Mobility plants are operational within hours on site. The B-series mounts on a wheel-mounted bogie frame, registered for road towing at up to 30 km/h. The C-series uses a hook container frame for loading directly onto a tipper. The TS and T-series use a container twist-lock system for low-loader transport.
