Concrete Scrap Wagon
The concrete scrap wagon is used with the production of precast concrete elements. The buckets are changeable and customers normally purchase a number of buckets for the machine.
During the manufacturing process of the precast floor and wall elements surplus concrete can be removed and put into the scrap bucket. Concrete can also be taken from the scrap bucket to fill any pockets within the construction process.
The scrap is battery operated for ease of use and has battery charge life is 8 hours. It runs on a DC motor. The scrap bucket runs on a rail system built into the main precast spreader plant.
You can move the scrap bucket in three ways:
- Use the motor running on the rails
- Lift it using the overhead crane and built in lifting hooks
- Lift and move it with a forklift truck
The concrete scrap wagon is a very flexible tool for removing redundant production concrete and cleaning the plant and floors at the end of a production run.
